Accreditation Overview


The PairConnex accreditation module integrates directly with your registration system, creating a seamless participant journey.

As soon as a ticket is assigned, the participant’s badge can be automatically generated, even if their profile isn’t yet complete. This saves organizers valuable preparation time and eliminates manual errors.

Everything is connected: registrations, roles, categories, and tickets are synchronized so every participant gets a consistent, ready-to-print badge.

Pre-Printed Badges (Small Events)


Pre-printed badges are ideal for small events (up to around 200 participants).

Organizers can print badges in advance on pre-perforated cardstock (6 per page), available at office supply stores. Each badge can feature a color band or event-themed background, as well as a color stripe that indicates the participant’s role (exhibitor, speaker, attendee, etc.).

PairConnex automatically generates the print-ready file, while clients supply their own pouches and lanyards.

On-Site Printed Badges (Large Events)


For large-scale events, on-site printing is the fastest and most efficient method.

Badges are printed on self-adhesive labels (3x2 or 4x3 inches) using a thermal printer. Within seconds, staff enter the participant’s name or email and click “Print.” The label is then applied to a name holder that the client has prepared and customized in advance.

PairConnex also offers thermal printer rentals, detailed in the “Services > Equipment Rental & On-Site Services” section.

Available Print Formats


PairConnex supports several standard print formats:

  • 3x2 inches (compact format)
  • 4x3 inches (larger, more visible format)
  • Pre-printed cardstock or self-adhesive labels

Formats can be selected based on event size, printer type, and preferred display style. The system automatically adapts badge layouts to each format.

Information Displayed on the Badge


Each badge displays the participant’s key details:

  • First and last name
  • Job title and company
  • Role or participant category (exhibitor, speaker, etc.)
  • Custom fields (allergies, table, affiliation, etc.)

Organizers can choose which fields to show or hide, ensuring a clear and relevant badge presentation for every event.

Integrated QR Code


All PairConnex badges and name tags include a unique QR code linked to each participant’s profile.

The code can be scanned to:

  • Enable participant networking via the PairConnex app
  • Manage room access and validate entry rights
  • Track attendance or award continuing education credits
