The participant list is the starting point for networking. Each user can browse available profiles, filter them by precise criteria (role, company, compatibility, industry, etc.), and save favorites.
Filters help users quickly find relevant contacts, while favorites make it easy to plan follow-ups.
Profile visibility is fully customizable by the organizer, based on participant roles and permissions. The display can be sorted alphabetically or by compatibility score, depending on admin preference.

PairConnex profile cards contain all key participant information: photo, title, organization, contact details, questionnaire responses, personal notes, and availability. They also include matching explanations, showing shared interests and connection criteria.
